The Legend of Zelda: The Windwaker

A few days ago, I searched through my old cabinets under the TV to find lost treasures. While exploring, I discovered some old forgotten Gamecube games from way back when. :) One of them being a favorite of mine, The Legend of Zelda: The Windwaker. My brother and I decided to get started playing at the old gem. Now I have just beaten the "Forbidden Forest" for all of you who know the game, gone to Windfall and am on my way to Outset. Now this game is special because of the following reasons.
  • Like all the games in the series, this game is filled with action, characters, and great graphics.
  • It is just the right level. Not too hard, like Twilight Princess, and not too easy, like Phantom Hourglass.
  • My third and favorite part of the game is sailing with your boat and the windwaker. With the windwaker you can do all these cool spells like change wind and the time of day. With your boat you can sail around and go to all the islands whenever you want. And it's nice to have the King of Red Lions as a companion (You're talking boat).
I can think of countless other great things about the game such as the items you collect from enemies to give to collectors for prizes, the awesome skull hammer, the classic boomerang, and the much anticipated Deku leaf. And I can go on and on about it's unique plot. In fact, each of these games has it's own unique plot. This one has the boat. In Twilight Princess you can turn into a wolf. In Phantom Hourglass you have a magic hourglass allowing you to walk through poisonous areas. Yes, The Legend of Zelda: The Windwaker is a great game as well as all of the others in it's series. Watch out for the new DS game, The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks. Please look below for some cool links on this topic.
